The Resilient Runner's Program is for the runner looking to elevate their training. Our goal is to eliminate the guesswork, ease the unknown, become a resilient runner and all alongside community. The program unfolds over a six-week period, focusing on a strength training routine that completes your running plan, reducing injury risk, optimizing strength gains, and helping your meet your goals.

Who is the Resilient Runner Program for?
The Resilient Runner's Program is meant for HEALTHY runners with no current injuries. This program is designed for runners who are looking to improve their muscular endurance and strength in order to reduce risk of injury while training for their chosen race, not as a substitute for physical therapy.
Where will we meet?
Small group sessions will meet at Grit Physical Therapy, inside Strength Society (13500 Midway Road, Suite 100, Dallas, TX 75244).
How often will we meet?
We will meet 2x/week for 6 weeks, for a total of 12 sessions.
When will we meet?
Kickoff will be Monday, July 8th and will run for 6 weeks (through mid-August).
Time: 6:30am Monday and 6:00 Fridays.
How much?
Drop in for $30 or pay in full for all 12 sessions for $300.
