Doctorate in Physical Therapy |
Certified in Dry Needling | CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

What brought me to the field of Physical Therapy was being sidelined as a Cross-Country (XC) runner in high school. I was given the tools and understanding of anatomy as a young athlete, which allowed me to make informed decisions on how to execute my next XC season.

While practicing the last 6 years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I enjoy running and CrossFit, with a few triathlons here and there.

Why Grit PT?

The goal of Grit PT is to get you back doing what you love to do.

Whether that is returning back to competitive sports, CrossFit, triathlons, running, or being active with your family, you were made to do that pain free!

I believe it is important for you to understand what is going on, to identify where strength and mobility is needed, and to empower you with the tools so that you can move the best that you can.

At Grit Physical Therapy, sessions are 60 minutes of 1-on-1 performance based advanced manual techniques and exercise with a focus on educating you in order to bridge the gap between rehab and functional fitness.
